To strengthen our IT infrastructure and service team, we are immediately seeking an experienced individual as an IT Support Employee 100%.
You are proactive and communicative, look forward to new challenges, and have broad knowledge in the IT field. We offer you a varied position in a small team with a diverse range of tasks. You will be integrated into the daily operational business and independently provide support functions for our entire IT infrastructure. You will regularly work outside usual hours and occasionally at weekends and at the end of the year.
The exciting range of tasks:
- Analysing and resolving faults (1st-level support), administration of user accounts
- Support, administration, and further development of the M365 cloud platform
- Technical application support for trading and financial applications
- Coordination with end customers, 2nd-level support, external suppliers, and service providers
- Operational activities on the banking system and its peripheral systems
- Administration, coordination, and management of assets (clients and peripheral devices)
- Centralised procurement including license management
- Training and instruction of employees
- Occasional participation in IT projects
What convinces us:
Education / Experience
- Several years of experience as an IT supporter within a bank
- Experience in client engineering / end device management
- Proficient in Microsoft environments, experience with M365 (e.g. Teams, Entra ID) is a strong plus
- Understanding of support processes (incident and problem management, ticketing, documentation)
- Very good analytical skills, experience in resolving software and hardware issues
- Careful working style in regulated environments (permissions, changes, security)
- Fluent German in spoken and written form is required; English skills are valued as a useful addition
