ETH/FH Architect as Project Manager in Client Representation

Tasks

• You lead and coordinate client-side project teams from preliminary design to construction completion.
• You are responsible for client-side quality management and set high standards for the comprehensive fulfilment of project objectives.
• You make decisions, represent your projects communicatively and appropriately for the audience, and contribute the necessary administrative knowledge.
• You understand how to combine cost and schedule adherence with high-quality construction and architectural standards, as well as ecological, economic, and social aspects.

Profile

• Proven project management experience in planning and executing complex construction projects, comprehensive project management skills in organisation, costs, schedules, and quality, experience with BIM is an advantage
• High architectural judgement and good knowledge of Swiss building laws, standards, and regulations
• Self-responsibility, commitment, strong communication skills, teamwork, persuasiveness, and pronounced social competence
• High service orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, creative solutions for demanding issues
• Very good German language skills
