Head of Building Materials & Timber Department

Your tasks

• Overall strategic and operational responsibility for the Building Materials & Timber sector
• Leadership, motivation and development of 65 employees and managers
• Management of daily activities as well as continuous optimisation of processes, key indicators and profitability
• Maintenance and development of important relationships with customers and partners as well as prospecting for new business opportunities
• Active participation in the development of the company as a member of the management team

Your strengths

• Several years of experience in a leadership role with responsibility for results
• A basic training in craftsmanship and knowledge in the building materials and timber sector are an advantage
• Strong entrepreneurial and strategic mindset combined with a hands-on mentality
• Strong leadership personality, able to inspire, develop employees and achieve goals together
• Good understanding of key indicators, budgets and economic issues
• Strong customer and market orientation as well as excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal ease
• Good knowledge of French and German
