To strengthen our team in the Fashion department, we are looking for a motivated and committed Merchandising employee, 50%, at the Aarau location from 01.07.2026.

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for customer-oriented product presentation and the design of product displays in the specified area.
- You are responsible for the efficient and successful management of all store processes (stock and department management).
- You ensure a neat and appealing store appearance.
- You actively and independently replenish stock on the sales floor.
- You actively support the sales floor staff.
- You ensure optimal collaboration with Visual Merchandising in the store.

Your profile
- You already have extensive professional experience in an equivalent role in the specified area.
- You have a precise, structured and efficient way of working.
- You enjoy working independently and are very resilient under time pressure.
- You have a flexible and reliable working style and possess excellent organisational skills.
- You have a positive demeanour and a well-groomed appearance.
- You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
