• 🏠 You take on the daily responsibility for the entire house
• 💉 You carry out prescribed medical, diagnostic and therapeutic measures professionally
• 🤝 You work closely with doctors, nursing, care and other specialist areas
• 📋 You take on administrative and organisational tasks as the person responsible during the day
• 📝 You actively participate in the RAI and care process of your residential area
• 🌱 You professionally lead employees, accompany them during induction and promote their development
• 💡 You contribute, think ahead and enjoy looking at things from a different perspective

⭐ What you bring with you

• Training as a certified nurse HF/FH
• Several years of experience in long-term care
• Solid and up-to-date nursing expertise
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Enjoyment of responsibility and independent working
• Appreciative, clear and open communication
• Team spirit, initiative and willingness to sometimes go the extra mile
