For our reception at Haus Oranienburg, we are looking for a
Receptionist 50% immediately or by arrangement.
Diaconis operates three business areas: living and care in old age, palliative care, and professional integration. Since our founding in 1844, we have been committed as a non-profit organization to ensuring that people in fragile life situations are cared for, looked after, and accompanied according to their needs. Our team comprises around 300 employees at several locations in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen, and Biel.
Your tasks with us
- You are the first point of contact for our residents, guests, and customers – both at the reception and on the phone
- You take care of various administrative tasks – e.g., mail distribution, payment of residents' pocket money, management of office supplies, documents, archive, and access authorizations
- You support tours of our senior residence Villa Sarepta and take on the associated organizational and administrative tasks
- You work closely with the Case Management team and take on tasks in resident administration as needed
- Your working hours are Monday to Friday in the mornings
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or equivalent further education is an advantage
- Experience in healthcare is desirable
- Very good PC user skills (MS Office programs, Outlook)
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, additional language skills are an advantage
- You enjoy working with people and bring high social competence
- Quick comprehension, organizational talent, and independent working style
- High awareness of quality and discretion
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
