We are an owner-managed family business with our own production and have been one of the established suppliers of mattress cores and upholstery materials in Switzerland since 1948. From customer enquiries through order processing to manufacturing and delivery, our teams work closely together. With our 25 employees, we stand for high quality, short delivery times, flexible solutions and personal customer care.

These are your tasks:

Leadership & Organisation

• Professional and personnel management of the administration and customer service team (2-3 employees)
• Participation and support in the operational day-to-day business along the supply chain with interfaces to purchasing, production and logistics.
• Further development of processes, structures and workflows

Customer Service & Order Processing

• Ensuring professional support of our customers (B2B)
• Responsibility for smooth order processing from order to delivery
• Handling demanding customer concerns and supporting the team in day-to-day business

Processes & Interface Management

• Responsibility for the core administrative processes and their continuous development
• Ensuring efficient information and process flow between sales, purchasing, production, logistics and administration
• Co-responsibility for digitalisation and ERP projects

What you bring with you:

• Technical or commercial basic training with appropriate further education
• Several years of leadership experience in administration, customer service and/or order processing
• Experience in a manufacturing or technical company
• High IT affinity as well as experience with ERP systems
• Enjoyment in designing, optimising and further developing processes and structures
• Communicative personality with assertiveness and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
