Architect / Project Coordination & Realisation (m/f/d)
Role:
Do you enjoy accompanying architectural projects down to the last detail and successfully leading them to realisation? In this position, you combine planning skills with technical coordination and work closely with specialist planners, clients, and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Handling projects from the construction project phase to execution
Planning and detailing of demanding structures
Coordination of technical interfaces and various project participants
Creation of working and detailed plans
Preparation of tender and execution documents
Professional support of the site management during realisation
Participation in ensuring design and constructive quality
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture (ETH, FH or equivalent)
2-4 years of experience in execution planning
Confidence in working drawings, detailing, and construction processes
Good knowledge of Swiss standards and building constructions
Understanding of materials and their proper application
Independent, careful, and structured working style
Very good German language skills spoken and written
