Job Description

THE MISSION

At Mama, the bar is at the heart of the guest experience and an important meeting point for our guests. 💓 Therefore, they should always feel perfectly looked after by you. 🤗

You are responsible for the bar, your team, and the further development of its profitability. 💰

You also contribute to designing the drinks menu and pricing. 📋 As the interface between the restaurant manager, their assistant, and the team you lead, you take on various tasks and responsibilities. 👥 Of course, you are only briefly in the office; your environment is the bar, you are a leader, and you lead your team to success.

With expertise, passion, and good humour, you create and serve cocktails and drinks. 🍸🍹🤩

A perfect guest experience is your highest priority – and you ensure it succeeds every day anew. 🔝

Qualifications
