What does your role at internezzo look like?

• Accounting: You independently manage our accounts payable and receivable accounting including payment transactions and dunning, maintain master data, and work closely with our fiduciary office.
• Personnel administration: You handle onboarding and offboarding, prepare contracts and references, manage personnel files, time reports and holiday balances, and support payroll administration.
• Office management: You ensure a smooth office routine, coordinate office infrastructure and take care of organisational and administrative tasks.
• Processes & development: You document and optimise your internal processes, implement digital tools and AI, and support management when needed.

What do you bring with you?

Must-haves:

• Training in finance and accounting, fiduciary or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in accounts payable and financial accounting.
• Experience in personnel administration and with Swiss social insurances.
• Independent, structured and precise working style.
• High reliability, discretion and service orientation.
• IT affinity and enthusiasm for learning new systems.
• Very good German language skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with annual financial statements and payroll accounting.
• Knowledge of Abacus and MOCO.
• Interest in AI tools and automation of administrative processes.
