• Sustainability consulting for complex projects covering the entire lifecycle of real estate
• Developing solutions on topics such as strategy, organisation and processes according to the needs and goals of our clients
• Project management regarding budget and resources
• Supervising and further developing other consultants in delivering services and projects
• Supporting the further development of services in areas such as circular economy and urban mining, CO2 footprints, green building assessments
• Acquiring new clients and projects as well as building and maintaining strong partner and client relationships

• University degree (Master / Bachelor) in engineering, architecture, environmental sciences or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, including several years in Switzerland
• Entrepreneurial thinking and proven consulting competence
• Experience in applying systems for sustainability standards and assessments such as SNBS, SGNI, LEED, BREEAM, Minergie-ECO, GRESB, GRI etc.
• Relevant experience and knowledge in energy-efficient and circular construction, building technology as well as current energy legislation
• Experience in project management and leading project teams
• Willingness to travel for projects within Switzerland
• Very good German skills, good English or French skills are an advantage
