Lead Cloud Developer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 135,000Role:
In your role you are responsible for:
Technical leadership & architecture: You help shape the cloud and API architectures, act as the central interface between hardware and cloud teams, and advise developers on architecture and business questions. Through code reviews, you ensure quality and support complex error analyses.
Agile project & task management: You manage the development flow, prioritise tasks, monitor progress, and proactively remove blockers. You also take on the technical lead of smaller teams.
Requirements engineering & product ownership: Acting on behalf of the PO, you translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. You help shape roadmaps, moderate sprints, and integrate stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications:
Min. 5 years relevant professional experience
Knowledge of REST APIs, gRPC and MQTT
Good knowledge of .NET / C#
Experience with common cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Knowledge of containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes
Solid experience in API management
Knowledge of API testing, security and best practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
Confident use of Git and professional Git workflows
Confident use of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
Strong communication and team skills
