You can contribute in this role

• Properly managing the tasks and the assigned military personnel and/or assigned civilian staff responsible for the delivery and return of military vehicles and equipment of the troops
• Properly storing, removing, and relocating the material and preparing or dispatching it according to existing regulations and instructions
• Responsible for allocating material for repair and overhaul and checking and ensuring the condition and functionality of material stored above and below ground
• Instructing and training troops and specialists on the handling and maintenance of material within the framework of material handovers of army systems and army equipment
• Carrying out warehouse management, inventory control, and reordering

What makes you unique

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Good MS Office and SAP user skills for use in warehouse management, inventory control, and reordering
• Driving licence categories B, C and forklift licence mandatory, CE and A advantageous
• Efficient and conscientious working style as well as organisational skills to support smooth operations
• Responsible handling of SAP material management and strong aptitude for customer contact and advice

Use your expertise to act as a link between the Army Logistics Centre and the military and civilian service recipients regarding army material and system material to ensure a smooth flow of materials throughout Switzerland.
