The Weizenkorn Foundation is a social enterprise with over 300 employees in adapted work or training places. It primarily offers young people with an IV pension (full or partial), with a performance limitation due to psychological or psychosocial reasons, attractive and creative work opportunities in various fields and industries. There is also the possibility of preparatory measures, vocational assessment, and individual training. The remuneration for work and the financing of training programmes are based on IV guidelines.
