The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we create a safe, well-organised, and livable environment for people aged 18 and over who depend on care and support.

Your role

• Advising, accompanying, and supporting managers and employees on personnel and labour law matters
• Responsibility for the operational HR day-to-day business from A to Z for the assigned location(s)
• Active participation in development processes and projects

Your profile

• A commercial basic education and further training as an HR specialist with a federal professional certificate
• Many years of professional experience in a comparable role and preferably in healthcare
• Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, initiative, and high quality standards
• Ambition to develop yourself and HR at tilia further
