We are looking for a host for the Sharing Brasserie Juliette (m/f/d) 100% from August or by arrangement
What awaits you with us:
- Responsible for the Sharing Brasserie Juliette in the Grand Hotel National consisting of restaurant (45 seats), lake terrace (100 seats)
- Thinking across departments for all in-house F&B outlets in the Grand Hotel National consisting of the Sharing Brasserie Juliette (indoor area and lake terrace), the National Bar and all event rooms.
- Organisation and ensuring the smooth running of the Sharing Brasserie Juliette
- Living hospitality and turning guests into regulars
- Continuous improvement of service quality and operational processes
- Leading service staff of the Sharing Brasserie Juliette
- In collaboration with the F&B Manager responsible for hiring new employees in the Sharing Brasserie Juliette
- Taking over Manager on Duty duties
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy
- Good knowledge of wine required
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position
- Passionate, motivated host and committed service personality
- Assertiveness and strong sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Winning personality with professional appearance
- Very good German and English skills, any additional language an advantage
