Specialist Electricity Customer Service

Our main tasks
- Handling customer concerns regarding electricity bills, tariffs and products (from simple address adjustments to analytical examination of billing contents to customer advice)
- Personal consultation of customers regarding our electricity products and offers as well as our digital customer portal, including at events or the Lihga fair
- Participation in various projects
- Close cooperation with other departments
Your profile
- Completed vocational training with experience in a comparable role
- High customer orientation and advisory competence
- Strong affinity for dealing with numbers, systems and processes
- High quality standards and structured working method
- Very good oral and written expression in German is required
