The boutique operated as a concept store in the National Museum is an important calling card and significantly contributes to the overall experience of the museum visit. It offers around 4000 items related to Swiss design, craftsmanship, and the collection of the Swiss National Museum. The range is mainly divided into the segments books, exhibitions, souvenirs, accessories, food & drinks, ceramics, jewellery, children, and gifts. The boutique is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, on all public holidays, as well as on special occasions in the museum, and increasingly serves a regular clientele independent of museum visits.

You will assist our customers as a competent sales person, present our products attractively, operate and manage the cash register, and support inventory management.
