Your Responsibilities
The focus of your work lies in teaching in the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes in Psychology. Based on your scientific expertise and relevant teaching experience, you will convey the fundamentals and application areas of Affective Sciences in lectures, seminars, and supervision.
The teaching load is 12 semester hours per week for a 100% appointment. Supervision of Bachelor’s and Master’s theses is proportionally credited towards the teaching load.
You will independently design the teaching in your department, further develop existing teaching offerings, and contribute to a scientifically sound, current, and high-quality education for our students. We place particular importance on research-oriented teaching with current references to scientific and professional practice.
In addition to the teaching focus, you will have scope for your own research activities and the further development of your scientific profile. Through scientific studies and publications, and possibly through the acquisition of third-party funding, you will contribute to the scientific environment and the research priorities of the faculty.
Furthermore, you will participate to a reasonable extent in tasks of academic self-administration.
