Sales Advisor for Mountain Sports 60-100%

Would you like to prepare our customers for their next mountain adventure together with a dedicated and well-coordinated team and inspire them with your expertise in mountain sports? We are looking for you as a sales advisor for mountain sports with hard goods expertise and a workload between 60 - 100 percent for our branches in Zurich.

Bächli Bergsport is the leading Swiss specialist shop for mountaineering, climbing, expeditions, hiking, ski touring and snowshoeing. In eleven sales branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, two sales branches in the French-speaking part and one branch in Ticino, we offer our discerning customers the best products and brands, expert advice and top-class service.

• You have solid expertise in the mountain sports sector (especially climbing, high-altitude tours, ski touring) and can advise our customers on an equal footing.
• You act customer-oriented because you are convinced that loyal customers are gained through good service and customer care.
• You receive our products, present them on the sales floor, sell them in the branch or send them out in our attractive packages.
• At the till, you give everyone a smile and complete the shopping experience.

• You actively practise mountain sports (e.g. climbing, high-altitude tours, ski touring) and convey your passion for the mountains both to our customers and within the team.
• You have ideally completed an apprenticeship as a retail specialist or have already gained professional experience in sales.
• Your positive charisma and flair for advice are very well received by customers.
• You are a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
