Your role with us 

• You look after our demanding national and international customers when purchasing high-quality branded watches
• You create an unforgettable customer experience and possess the ability to develop a significant loyal customer relationship
• You enthusiastically act as a Brand Ambassador and position our exclusive products using your expert knowledge and storytelling skills
• Implementation of CRM guidelines
• Active network maintenance, retention, and expansion of the customer base
• Responsible for the smooth running of daily business
• Ensuring optimally presented sales areas, shop windows, and display cases
• Participation and assistance at customer events
• Collaboration in specific projects

What you bring with you

• Training in retail, hospitality/gastronomy, watch and jewellery industry
• Several years of experience in the luxury retail segment
• Sound expertise in the watch sector
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
• IT affinity
• Hospitality and sales flair
• Open and customer-oriented personality with a strong service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Confidence in style, professional appearance, and courteous manners
• High level of empathy and intercultural skills in dealing with our local and international clientele
