We are looking for a:

 

HR Generalist 60–100%
 

Your tasks

• Active participation in the further development of the HR area and involvement in HR projects. Driving process standardisation, optimisation and automation with the relevant contacts
• You ensure that the entire application process – from job posting to completion – runs efficiently and smoothly
• Responsible for case management, including associated advisory and coordination tasks up to the implementation of measures, involving respective partners as well as employment law aspects
• Assuming the role of Safety Officer (SiBe) for health protection and as Area Safety Officer (BeSiBe) administration in the field of occupational safety
• Co-responsible for the smooth running of personnel administration – handling entry and exit formalities; from employee onboarding through administrative support during employment to exit
• You are the contact person for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters at the locations
• Preparation and evaluation of statistics
• Support of the HR management

Experience

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position (preferably in healthcare), complemented by further training in human resources
• You have completed commercial training as well as experience in digitalisation
• A high level of service orientation and social competence
• IT affinity
• Solution-oriented and empathetic personality
• High resilience, independent and precise working style
• You are a flexible and responsible personality

• Very good oral and written skills in German, knowledge of French is an advantage
