Nursing Specialist HF or FH 20 - 100%

Locations Koppigen and Kirchberg

Tasks

• Individual and professional support of our residents as a key contact person
• Assuming responsibility as day and house manager
• Managing the entire nursing process - from planning to documented quality
• Mindful and respectful interaction with our residents and their relatives
• Active participation in specialist and project groups
• Planning and accompanying medical visits

Your strengths

• Completed tertiary-level education: HF, FH, DNII, DNI, AKP or PsyKP
• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system
• Clear and target-group appropriate communication
• Enthusiasm for long-term care
• Structured, solution-oriented working
• High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good German skills (spoken & written)
