Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.

We are looking for the following for Morges Hospital:

Community Care and Health Assistant - ASSC Surgery (M/F) at 80-100%

As soon as possible

YOU HAVE

• An ASSC CFC or any other title deemed equivalent.
• First experience acquired in an acute care service, an asset.
• Good mastery of common computer tools and good knowledge of English, assets.
• An attitude aligned with the unit's mission.
• Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate).
• Good listening skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good emotional control, proactivity, and flexibility.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to you, taking into account their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within your scope of competence and under nurse delegation.
• Support the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the entrusted patients and help them organize daily activities.
• Be responsible for managing the patient's immediate environment in terms of hygiene and safety.
• Optimize care through a personalized, comprehensive, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.

Actively and constructively participate in teamwork.
