Pharmacist Clinical Support 80% as Maternity Cover

Your area of responsibility

• In your role, you are the first point of contact for clinical-pharmaceutical enquiries from the departments, while you can always draw on the experience of the clinical pharmacists in the team
• You contribute to seamless medication supply for patients by recommending appropriate substitute products in case of supply shortages. In addition, you coordinate batch recalls and forward important drug information to the relevant users
• For selected inpatients, you conduct discharge interviews with the aim of improving adherence
• To promote medication safety in the hospital, you support the departments by creating documents for correct drug administration and participate in training sessions for medical and nursing staff

Your experience

• You hold a Swiss or recognised diploma as a pharmacist, ideally with experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy
• You quickly familiarise yourself with existing processes and take on responsibility. Analytical thinking, independent working style and decisiveness characterise you
• You are a motivated, reliable and committed individual who enjoys working in a team and values interdisciplinary collaboration
• The concerns of customers and patients are central to you. With your expertise, you critically assess requests and develop practical solutions, while also keeping the interests of pharmacy in view
