As Team Manager Inside Sales, you are responsible for selling our products to business customers and maximizing customer satisfaction, especially through inspiring and motivating team coaching.
Job Description
- Professional leadership and coordination of an inside sales team as well as ensuring efficient daily operations to achieve defined sales targets
- Active participation in the recruiting process including structured onboarding and professional qualification of new employees
- Planning and implementation of targeted development measures to sustainably promote team and individual performance
- Promotion of a valuing team culture to strengthen motivation and long-term employee retention
- Telephone contact as well as empathetic and competent customer support
- Building, maintaining, and continuously expanding your own customer portfolio through individual consulting and trustworthy guidance
- Creation of tailored offers and consistent follow-up until successful contract conclusion
- Active and proactive customer management with a focus on long-term and partnership-based business relationships
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training with further education in communication or sales or a completed business degree
- Several years of professional experience (5–7 years) in customer service or call center with an active sales focus, ideally in highly sales-oriented industries, including leadership experience
- Additional professional experience in the service industry is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
- Additional foreign language skills (e.g., French or Italian) are a great advantage
- Strong IT affinity as well as confident handling of digital applications, reporting, and control tools for sales planning and evaluation
- High goal orientation and the desire to actively shape personal and corporate success
- Role model function through integrity and reliability
