Your tasks

• You lead the employees of performance management both professionally and personally.
• You plan, prioritise and distribute tasks within the team and ensure daily operations.
• You advise internal departments on questions regarding performance recording and tariffing.
• You check performance files and conduct variance analyses to ensure complete performance recording.
• You train and support the specialist departments as well as new doctors in performance recording.
• You ensure correct master data, tariff specifications and fee processing.
• You carry out defined ICS controls and ensure meaningful controlling of performance recording.
• You optimise processes and accompany system changes and releases in IBI-care and NAV.

Your profile

• You have solid experience in performance management, performance recording or a comparable field.
• You bring leadership experience and know how to promote employees and organise tasks clearly.
• You are familiar with performance recording and tariffing and can explain complex issues clearly.
• You work in a structured, careful and quality-conscious manner.
• You think in a networked way and recognise potential for improvement in processes and systems.
• You communicate clearly and appropriately with different internal and external parties.
• You enjoy working on projects and accompany changes in systems and processes.
