Team Leader Premium Subsidy (80–100%)

Your Contribution

• Due to the size and further development of the premium subsidy, the area was divided into two independent teams. For the newly created team, we are looking for a committed leader who takes responsibility and actively shapes development
• You lead a team of around 15 employees, provide orientation, promote individual development, and create conditions for high performance and service quality
• You actively manage your team based on relevant performance, quality, and output indicators. You recognise the need for action early and initiate appropriate measures
• Together with your peer, you ensure coordinated leadership and management of the premium subsidy and share responsibility for the common goals
• You develop a sound understanding of the legal foundations and professional contexts of the premium subsidy and use this for well-founded leadership and management decisions
• You operate in a highly digitalised environment and, together with your team, ensure high-quality and efficient task fulfilment. You continuously develop processes and actively shape organisational, procedural, and technical improvements
• You bear budget and resource responsibility for your area of responsibility and use resources responsibly and proactively

Your Talents

• You have several years of experience in a leadership role and hold a qualification at the level of a higher technical college or a comparable qualification
• You take responsibility, approach topics proactively, and ensure their binding implementation. Even with new or complex issues, you quickly find orientation and drive solutions forward
• You actively shape change, provide orientation, and succeed in engaging employees for further developments and bringing them along
• You work solution-oriented, are strong in decision-making, and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
• You communicate clearly, bindingly, and on an equal footing – within the team as well as with internal and external stakeholders, such as cantonal authorities
• You are interested in political, legal, and social contexts and are willing to familiarise yourself with new topics
• Experience in the public sector, administration, social insurance, or a comparable organisation is an advantage
