Sales Manager Building Automation (m/f/d)
Role:
You are strong in sales, technically interested and want to take on responsibility within the team alongside customer support? In this role, you acquire new customers, develop existing business relationships further and successfully close sales projects. At the same time, you support the sales management and actively help shape the further development of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Active acquisition of new customers and projects
Building and further developing sustainable customer relationships
Supporting existing customers and identifying new business potentials
Supporting sales management in day-to-day business
Technical sparring partner for the sales team
Contributing to the further development of sales processes and sales strategies
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in selling technical products or solutions
Ideally industry knowledge in building automation, electrical engineering or HVAC
Proven success in new customer acquisition and project sales
Experience in field sales or an existing industry network is an advantage
Initial leadership experience and interest in further development towards management
Good German skills; English and French skills are an advantage
