• Careful inspection of guest rooms regarding functionality, cleanliness, and completeness
• Management and organization of lost property, guest laundry, and staff uniforms
• Learning efficient processes at the front office, especially during check-in and check-out procedures
• Highest guest orientation combined with professional competence and always polite, professional demeanor
• Optimal room occupancy and handling of layover requests with the goal of maximum utilization and revenue increase
• Receiving and solution-oriented handling of guest complaints
• Preparation and execution of the daily closing as well as all relevant reports for the night shift
• Processing individual room reservations, including offer creation and contract handling
• Supporting the Rooms Division Manager with various administrative and operational tasks

• Successfully completed hotel management studies is an advantage
• Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or graduate of a one- or two-year hotel management school
• 2-3 years of professional experience in upscale hotels is desirable
• Host personality as well as quality awareness
• Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Social and intercultural competence as well as initiative and commitment
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs and good knowledge of the hotel software OPERA are advantageous
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
