With Clienia Ambulant, the Clienia Group consolidates its psychiatric-psychotherapeutic services to provide the best possible outpatient and day clinic care for mentally ill patients of all ages – at 20 locations from Amriswil to Zurich. Interdisciplinary teams of psychotherapists, nursing professionals, and specialists in psychiatry and psychotherapy ensure comprehensive outpatient treatment methods.
For the group practice at the St.Gallen location, we are looking for a Head of Psychological Psychotherapy (m/f/d) from 1 April 2027 or by arrangement
Head of Psychological Psychotherapy (m/f/d)

As a leader with overall professional responsibility for psychotherapy in a group practice, you will play a central role for the responsible employees.
Your tasks
- Professional and operational management of the responsible department
- Conducting assessments and treatments of adults across the full spectrum of psychological psychotherapy
- Supporting the assurance of staffing within the operation, taking into account efficient service delivery
- Ensuring psychotherapeutic diagnostics and therapy according to the current state of science and the company’s quality standards
- Training psychologists according to the training concept to become psychotherapists
Your profile
- Federally recognised psychological psychotherapist
- Proven record in responsible therapeutic work with demonstrated leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
