Tasks
- Responsibility for operational access management to ensure the protection needs of people, data, and infrastructure by correctly managing authorised building and room access at all locations with the workplace in Wädenswil
- Creation, management, and optimisation of access profiles, roles, and authorisation concepts as well as support for internal and external stakeholders in access processes
- Cross-location: Planning, coordination, and support of relocation, conversion, and new construction projects in the area of access management as well as project responsibility within the framework of the further development and integration of modern, digital, and user-friendly access systems and processes
- Consultation and processing of access requests as well as provision, coordination, and ordering of services for the maintenance of the locking system
- Collaboration and coordination with internal specialist departments, external service providers, and system suppliers as well as ensuring compliance with security, data protection, and compliance requirements including participation in documentation, guidelines, and audits
- Support and deputising for team members of the Service Center in areas such as CampusCard, Copy Center, as well as postal and courier services as needed
Profile
- Completed vocational training with proven several years of practical experience
- Solid experience in dealing with access and locking systems
- Experience in projects related to access management, electronic systems, and digital processes
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to independently handle technical and organisational topics
- Strong service orientation and high communication skills
- Responsible, honest, and team-oriented personality
- Affinity for security, digitalisation, and process topics
- Knowledge of data protection and/or identity management is an advantage
- Valid driving licence category B
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of common PC applications and MS Office
