You enjoy operating at the interface between gastronomy, events and organisation, taking on the strategic overall responsibility at blue Cinema. In this versatile leadership role, you manage and develop the business areas of Food & Beverage, Events and Procurement holistically, creating a consistent overall experience for our guests. With your instinct for quality, trends and economic contexts, you combine gastronomic excellence, emotional event experiences and effective sales impulses. In doing so, you lead your team, manage internal and external stakeholders, and contribute significantly to revenue, brand strengthening and sustainable success.

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Food & Beverage, Procurement and Events areas for blue Cinema
• Leadership of the department including budget responsibility as well as continuous optimisation of processes in collaboration with regional managers
• Further development of the F&B offering, assortments and pricing structures with a focus on revenue, quality and guest experience
• Responsibility for purchasing, supplier management as well as conclusion and management of service and maintenance contracts
• Conceptualisation, marketing and further development of B2B and B2C events as well as implementation of sales promotion and training measures

• Commercial training or hotel management school with further training in gastronomy / Food & Beverage (including G1 licence) or comparable training and experience
• Several years of professional experience in the gastronomy sector, ideally with sound knowledge of back office
• Business management understanding as well as experience in managing processes and contexts
• Good knowledge of relevant Swiss laws and hygiene regulations in the gastronomy and cinema environment
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Strong communication and social skills combined with negotiation strength and a service-oriented attitude
• Entrepreneurial, innovative mindset with a structured way of working, high resilience and flexibility
• Team-oriented personality with the ability to actively promote collaboration and successfully connect different stakeholders
