The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the City of Winterthur in the five senior centers as well as with Spitex.

We offer a reliable and sociable person the opportunity to gain first experience in the field of nursing in a limited assignment of 6 to 12 months starting immediately or by arrangement, at the Neumarkt Senior Center.

Your Tasks

Active assistance in nursing according to competence description

Active assistance in household tasks

Accompanying and caring for residents in simple situations

Assistance with leisure activities for residents

Day and late shifts (including weekend shifts)

Your Profile

Insight into activities in healthcare and gaining practical experience

Also suitable for graduates of the SRK nursing assistant course

Helpful personality with joy and interest in working with elderly people

Team player, reliable and responsible

Understanding of the Swiss dialect as well as good oral and written German skills (mandatory level B2)

The internship is compensated at 100% workload with CHF 16,607.00 per year until the 18th birthday, thereafter with CHF 22,142.00 per year.
