Specialist Responsible for Service Billing & IT (m/f/d)

careköniz AG operates in the health and care sector and offers services for elderly as well as care-dependent and assisted individuals. careköniz includes SPITEX Region Köniz with around 800 clients and the Lilienweg Retirement Home with 138 places. On 1 January 2025, careköniz was formed from the merger of SPITEX Region Köniz and logisplus and today employs around 370 staff.

Your Main Tasks

• Customer administration SPITEX: Administrative recording and processing of customer data, maintenance of master data, tariff system
• Service billing: Needs reporting procedure, accounts receivable accounting with service recording/invoicing, support in dunning
• IT coordination for NEXUS/ SPITEX application and Mobile Device Management (MDM) of mobile devices, update organisation and coordination, regular exchange with care staff (KeyUser) and network meetings (main operation of the NEXUS / SPITEX application)
• Controlling: Preparation of various controlling evaluations for management and leadership
• Data protection officer including data protection training for Spitex employees
• Archive management, support with member administration of the association

Your Profile

• Training and/or further education in accounting or several years of professional experience
• High IT affinity, ideally in the Spitex area
• Good comprehension and logical, analytical thinking
• You ideally know the NEXUS / SPITEX application
• You appreciate a high degree of independence as well as working in a small team
