We are represented in Switzerland at a total of 7 locations , namely in Zurich (headquarters), Bern, Basel, St. Gallen and Geneva, as well as service centres in the regions of Chur and Lucerne.
For our Sales Department of the Service Region North & Central Switzerland, we are looking for a
Salesperson: Modernisation and Replacement Systems Elevators (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Responsible for achieving budget targets within the area of responsibility
- Order clearing, handling of change orders as well as administrative project management until handover of the system to the customer
- Market development in a defined sales area (analyses, customer care, acquisition, etc.)
- Customer consultation
- Preparation of offers including calculation, submission and follow-up
- Tender and contract negotiations
- Order completion including order clearing, order completion report and handover to Contract Engineering and installation
- Construction-related technical and commercial clarification as well as possible change order negotiations
- Initiation, control and approval of final invoices as well as management of open items
- Participation in handover to the customer
Your profile:
- Technical basic training with additional training in sales and/or commercial area
- Experience in field sales, preferably in the construction-related trades
- Experience in the elevator industry is an advantage
- Good manners, sales flair, articulate expression in daily dealings with our customers
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes, ERP systems
- Systematic, structured way of working
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, resilient personality
- Driving licence category B
