Are you motivated by the idea of personally supporting customers with motor vehicle claims and quickly restoring their security? Would you like to find pragmatic solutions together with the vehicle expert team at the Help Point and actively manage the claims process on site?

In this role, you are part of the Claims division at the Help Point, Wankdorf, BE at Zurich Switzerland. As a claims specialist, you are the first point of contact for customers with motor vehicle claims and, together with the vehicle expert team, ensure quick, straightforward solutions. You handle claims independently, initiate immediate measures, and ensure a smooth process on site - if necessary, also at other locations.

What to expect

• You receive claims notifications by phone and are the first point of contact for our customers
• You organise and coordinate immediate measures to ensure quick and effective solutions
• You independently handle claims in the motor vehicle, private liability, and household insurance sectors and ensure a high level of service quality
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best possible results for our customers
• You actively contribute to the optimisation of our processes and the further development of the claims centre

What sets you apart

• Commercial or equivalent training as well as several years of commercial professional experience, ideally in the insurance industry
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German; any additional language is an advantage
• Resilient and solution-oriented personality with a strong customer and team orientation
• Efficient and proactive working style characterised by a high degree of personal responsibility
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and working in a dynamic team
