Customer Service Agent 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks 

• Receiving and recording orders, repairs, and returns
• Telephone and written customer support including complaint handling
• Supporting the field service, central contact point for internal and external contacts
• Monitoring ongoing orders as well as creating invoices and credit notes
• Maintaining master data in ERP and CRM systems
• Taking on general administrative tasks as well as various special tasks as needed, ensuring service quality and timely processing

Your profile 

• Completed commercial training and experience in customer service or internal sales
• Strong customer and service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Communicative, resilient, and team-oriented personality with openness to process improvement
• High IT and system affinity (MS Office, ERP, CRM)
• Very good German skills as well as good English and French skills; Italian is an advantage
