Specialist in Energy Billing

Your challenge:

• Responsibility for timely and high-quality energy and service invoicing
• Planning, coordination, and execution of billing processes
• Verification, plausibility checks, and control of measurement, tariff, and billing data
• Maintenance and management of tariffs, prices, and contracts in the billing system
• Ensuring correct representation of new products and services in the system
• Professional support of customer service in complex billing and invoicing cases
• Handling special cases and changes in contract and billing matters
• Coordination with internal departments and external IT service providers
• Leadership and participation in projects for the development, digitalisation, and automation of processes
• Continuous optimisation of workflows between energy data management and billing

What you bring:

• Commercial or technical basic training with several years of experience in energy billing or invoicing
• Essential practical experience with innosolvenergy (IS-E) as well as solid knowledge of billing and invoicing processes in the energy sector
• Very good IT user skills, especially in Excel and ERP, EDM, or billing systems
• Further education in business administration, accounting, or controlling is an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style with a strong quality awareness
• High service orientation, sense of responsibility, and resilience even in deadline-critical phases
