Residential Area Manager 80 - 100%
Your Task
- You conduct assessment interviews and are responsible for correct needs assessments
- Together with your experienced team, you strive for the best possible quality of care and thus ensure the satisfaction of our residents
- You lead by example every day, motivate your team and create a family atmosphere
- Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organise the daily care
- You act as an interface between residents, relatives and the care team
- You share responsibility for achieving qualitative and economic goals
What You Bring
- A qualification as a Dipl. Nurse HF or equivalent training
- Leadership experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Experience in long-term care or in the Spitex sector
- You have a flair for working with elderly people
- You are interested in care development and contribute to improving care quality
- You are an open and loyal personality who likes to get involved
- RAI knowledge is a huge PLUS
