Design practical Abacus solutions and support SMEs from idea to implementation

You know Abacus, understand the needs of SMEs and enjoy developing pragmatic solutions based on the standard? Then a varied role awaits you with responsibility for the implementation and support of Abacus solutions.

Abacus Compact Consultant (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your impact

• You work together with product management on Abacus standard mandates and products
• You capture customer needs and develop simple, practical solutions from them
• You manage assignments and smaller projects from initiation to implementation
• You analyse requirements and define necessary adjustments to the Abacus standard through gap analysis
• You present solutions to customers and accompany the acceptance process
• You create simple concepts and protocols
• You take on the parameterisation, introduction and training of the solutions
• You support customers and assist with DCC support if needed

How you succeed

• You have good Abacus knowledge and experience with standard mandates
• You understand the needs of SMEs and are familiar with processes in the fiduciary environment
• You bring good business management knowledge
• You have a broad understanding of Abacus applications and business processes
• You work hands-on, solution-oriented and pragmatically
• You like to approach new requirements iteratively and find simple solutions
• You communicate clearly and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues
• You enjoy working in an in-house environment and have a pronounced all-rounder mentality
• You are willing to further expand your expertise with targeted Abacus training
