Tasks
Leadership & Strategic Responsibility: You bear overall responsibility for the School Psychological Service and implement the strategy of the Education sector. You lead the team leaders, participate in personnel selection, and are responsible for budget and administration.
Quality & Development: You further develop the School Psychological Service professionally and organisationally, set goals and strategies, and ensure the quality of school psychological services. In addition, you contribute your expertise to political matters and concepts.
Networking & Representation: You maintain networking within and outside the Department of Education as well as with relevant specialist offices. You represent the service at cantonal and inter-cantonal levels, undertake public relations work, and report to the superior authority.

Profile
Experience: You have several years of leadership experience in a psychosocial professional field and are confident in leading employees and teams.
Personality: You are resilient, committed, and communicative. With your resource-oriented and appreciative attitude, you build trust and promote constructive collaboration.
Education: You hold a university degree in psychology or a related field (Master’s or Doctorate).
