Customer Advisor: Consultation Centre Customer Contact Team (m/f/d)
Your job at a glance
What you achieve with us
- Management of the digital entry channels of Luzerner Kantonalbank
- Answering telephone customer enquiries (up to 80 calls per day) as well as independently conducting consultations on LUKB standard products and services
- Independent processing of customer orders
- Ensuring 1st-level support for our e-banking, the LUKB apps and common finance apps (TWINT, Debix+)
- Arranging appointments with customer advisors at all our locations
- Management and support of our card range
What you bring with you
- Bank apprenticeship or experience from a customer contact centre, ideally in a related industry (insurance, health insurance, financial service providers, etc.)
- You speak and understand Swiss German perfectly and enjoy daily customer interaction
- Very good written expression in German - any additional language is an advantage
- Confident use of work and communication tools, reliable and independent working style, combined with quick comprehension
- Team player, resilient and customer-oriented
