Tasks

• Regular cleaning and maintenance of buildings and outdoor facilities
• Monitoring and maintenance of technical systems
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Winter service and garden maintenance

Qualifications

• Completed training in a craft profession or several years of experience as a caretaker
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Independent and reliable working style
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Flexibility and willingness for on-call duty, including weekends
