The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy, and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care center each in Basel and Riehen. You are responsible for key processes, serve as the central contact person for quality issues, and make us better at all levels.

Your Tasks
- EFQM Quality Management & Key Figures: Further development of our EFQM-based QM, planning and conducting internal assessments, expansion of our key figure system.
- Process Management & Documentation: Optimization and further development of processes, advising process owners, maintaining quality-relevant documents for efficient, future-proof workflows.
- Patient Safety, Complaints & Audits: Coordination of CIRS, leading working groups, learning from incidents. Complaint management, quality measurements as well as support of audits and certifications.
- Reporting & Quality Projects: Preparation of the annual quality report (H+), data deliveries, leading interprofessional quality projects and central QM contact person.
Your Profile
- Professional Expertise: You have experience in process management, are familiar with the EFQM method, and may have already worked in a Lean Management environment. You master the art of data analysis and your project management experience helps you lead and successfully complete even complex projects.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: You are a team player who looks beyond the horizon and is ready to act at all levels of the organization. Your empathetic and respectful communication makes you a trusted contact person for all employees.
- Keeping an Eye on Everything: You think in networks and always keep the big picture in mind. You have the ability to initiate changes and bring all involved along. Your visionary mindset helps you work in a future-oriented way and always develop new, creative solutions.
