Your responsibilities
- Develop innovative culinary concepts, menus and offers tailored to the needs of clients in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Support restaurant openings and the deployment of national culinary standards.
- Assist Sales teams with tenders, tastings and client presentations.
- Train, coach and support Head Chefs, especially during their onboarding.
- Optimise technical sheets, food costs, menu planning and culinary processes.
- Participate in regional and national CDM projects: events, sustainability, innovation and continuous improvement.
Your profile
- Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a cook or equivalent training, with solid experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef.
- Proven experience in collective catering, hospitality or catering, with mastery of large-scale production.
- Creativity, culinary expertise and ability to develop innovative concepts and offers.
- Proficiency in food cost calculations, Excel and digital culinary planning tools.
- Positive leadership, coaching skills, customer service orientation and team spirit.
- Fluent French and German and good level of English. Autonomy, flexibility and mobility in French-speaking Switzerland.
