Your tasks

• Processing customer enquiries, order acceptance and processing (phone/email/webshop)
• Creation and follow-up of offers based on customer requirements
• Support in clarifying warranty claims and processing returns
• Advising customers on the company’s products and services
• Supporting the field sales team in planning and carrying out sales activities
• Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Industry experience is an advantage
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• French or Italian language skills are an advantage
