What to expect:

As an Assistant Health and Social Services EBA, you help support and accompany our patients in their daily lives. During your training you will learn:

- To care for, nurse, and activate elderly people in everyday life
- Support with mobilization, positioning, and transfers
- Personal hygiene, meal assistance, and simple nursing tasks
- To implement prophylactic measures
- To work in a team and communicate with various professional groups
- To take on administrative tasks in everyday nursing care

You will become an important part of our nursing team – empathetic, committed, and right in the middle of the action.

What you bring:

- Completed compulsory schooling (at least level A)
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Interest in nursing and social commitment
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
(e.g. weekends, holidays)
- Careful and thoughtful working style
