What you can contribute to

• Ensure telephone and written assistance to a predominantly German-speaking clientele
• Verify payment orders and client mandates, enter various services as well as client data and collaborate on daily accounting
• Perform compliance-related tasks in the areas of AML, FATCA, EAR and data protection
• Participate in work in the areas of e-banking and payment traffic, including ensuring and optimising collaboration with external IT providers as well as testing new application versions
• Prepare reports, checklists, manuals and information intended for clients
• Participate in CEPF projects

What makes you unique

• Banking or commercial training with knowledge of financial services
• Several years of professional experience in the financial services sector, in-depth knowledge of payment traffic and interest in compliance-related topics
• Proficiency in common banking applications and digital tools as well as sensitivity to data protection and information security
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility and good conceptual and writing skills
• Integrity, service orientation, team spirit, flexibility and willingness to continuously improve
• Good knowledge of two official languages
