Receptionist

We are looking for a receptionist from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement

Receptionist

You will take on

• Receiving all enquiries via reception and telephone
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Recording and maintaining patient data in SAP
• Sale of care utensils
• Implementation of various emergency concepts
• Monitoring and intervention in various technical systems
• Receipt of deposit payments
• End-of-day cash register closing
• Shift work 7x24 on 365 days including night shifts

You bring with you

• Completed training in the commercial sector and/or experience in a similar role with direct customer or guest contact
• Professional experience in administration
• German (spoken and written), understanding of dialect
• Confident and experienced use of various IT tools
• Friendly, competent and reliable manner
• Enjoyment of teamwork, reliability, quality awareness and a very strong service orientation
